Returns & Refunds Policy

At Registered Witch, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your digital product, course, class, or service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your purchase must have been made within the last 7 calendar days.

  • You must submit your refund request by email within the 7-day period.

  • Refund requests must include your name, order number (if applicable), and the reason for your request.

Refund requests received after the 7-day period are not eligible for a refund.

Digital Products, Courses, and Services

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are provided at our discretion when consistent with this policy.

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The request is made more than 7 days after purchase.

  • The product, course, or service has been substantially completed, downloaded, or fully accessed.

  • We determine that the refund policy is being abused or used fraudulently.

  • The purchase involved customized, personalized, or one-on-one services that have already been delivered or scheduled.

Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we will issue your refund using the original payment method whenever possible.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, although your financial institution may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Cancellations

If you have purchased a service or scheduled consultation, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Services that have already been completed are generally not eligible for a refund.
