Exploring Consciousness, Frequency, and the Nature of What We Are

There comes a point in some people’s lives where the usual questions stop working.

Success, identity, productivity, even healing, they no longer feel like the center of the inquiry. Instead, quieter and larger questions begin to surface:

  • What are we, really?

  • How did we get here?

  • What is consciousness — and why is it experiencing itself this way?

  • Is something new emerging for humanity and the earth?

When the Old Questions No Longer Satisfy

If you’ve found yourself thinking, “We don't even know what we are”, you’re not lost, you’re paying attention.

This type of questioning often arises not from confusion, but from a subtle shift in awareness. A sense that reality is larger than the frameworks we’ve inherited — and that something within you is ready to explore beyond them.

Consciousness as Experience, Not Belief

At Registered Witch, I work with consciousness not as belief, but as experience.

One way I describe this exploration is through what I call levels or rooms of consciousness, these are states of awareness — ways consciousness experiences itself through the human form.

The First Levels of Consciousness

Most people spend much of their lives in the first 3 levels, where identity, judgement, and meaning-making dominate experience.

These levels are not wrong, they are functional.
They allow us to survive, relate, build, and belong.

Eventually, we as people will feel the pull to step into another level — one where the question is no longer “who am I becoming?” but “what is noticing this experience at all?”

How Consciousness Actually Shifts

Movements to the higher levels do not happen through effort.

It happens through letting go.

  • Letting go of constant judgement — of yourself, others, and the moment.

  • Letting go of rigid goals that assume you know where consciousness should be heading.

  • Letting go of expectations about what awakening, healing or purpose should look like.

Frequency, Expansion, and Letting Go

From a frequency based perspective, consciousness shifts not when we add more but when we release what keeps the system contracted.

Judgment, striving, and expectation create tight loops of attention. When those loops soften, awareness naturally expands.

This is often described as “raising your frequency,” but not through force or positive thinking.
Frequency rises as a byproduct of openness.

When Perception Changes

As contraction loosens, experience changes.
Not because reality is being controlled but because consciousness is no longer filtering itself through the same narrow patterns.

What you notice, shifts.
What you resonate with, shifts.
What feels possible, shifts.

This is not escape from humanity — it is deeper participation in it.

Humanity, Earth, and Collective Transition

Many who feel called to this also feel a quiet sense that humanity itself is in a transition.

That old structures, identities, and narratives are tuning to new frequencies.
The earth too, is asking for a different relationship — one rooted in presence rather than domination.

Consciousness as a Mirror

Exploring consciousness is not about leaving the world behind, it is about meeting it with less distortion.

Consciousness is a tool we are using to have experiences. We use it as a mirror to experience ourselves and other people who are really just us as part of the whole.

We are one.
One entity using strings of consciousness to reflect and hold observation.

When we have this awareness we can see ourselves for what we are.

An Invitation, Not an Answer

This work does not offer answers about what you should believe.

It offers space to explore what you are directly experiencing — without rushing to define it.

At Registered Witch, I teach consciousness exploration through intuition based classes, awareness practices, and gentle guidance for those who feel called to what is emerging — within themselves and collectively.

A Final Reflection

You don’t need to know where this path leads.
You don’t need to understand what you are yet.

Curiosity is enough.

And more often than not, letting go is the most intelligent move consciousness can make.

If you feel the pull, you’re invited to explore further — through a class or a 1:1 session
